Suggested Artisan Jewelry Outfit Pairings

Beautiful artisan jewelry is the perfect finishing touch for any outfit, below are a few suggestions on how to pair your artisan jewelry with various outfits.

I. Little black dress

The answer to this depends on the occasion and the personality of the woman.

For a more formal evening, a classic look of either handmade silver jewelry or semi precious jewelry, such as a silver link necklace or bold semi precious stone necklace paired with a coordinating handmade bracelet would be lovely.

If you prefer a cocktail ring to the bracelet go with that, just don?t ?overdo? the jewelry. If you choose a statement cocktail ring, go more subtle on the bracelet and vice versa.

I use the word ?coordinating? above as it is not necessary to ?match.? This can be an option but not a requirement. The pieces should complement each other but do not have to be a set.

For something more casual, add a little personality and color to the dress. If you are petite, you may want to wear something more delicate but it can still have personality in the styling and color.

II. Summer dress
Summer may be coming to an end but with the warm weather still around, let?s hang onto our summer wear a little longer.

The floral and painterly dresses have been hot this season. Again with this it will depend on the occasion. A brunch or garden wedding may call for something classic again.

If the dress is the focus (bold flower, or geographic design) allow the jewelry to be more subtle and classic. For example try sleek silver cuff jewelry.

If however the dress is simple/plain, make more of a statement with the jewelry.
